ugh

I hate my life. I seem to ruin every aspect of it so lately I just have to push who I care about out of it as much as I can as to not get the chance to ruin their lives (again).

A new try

Last week I tried a new supplement. I saw the most amazing results compared to any supplement I have ever tried. I could see size just packing on. In a few weeks I'll try it again! Come get some!

Today I trained a good friend on legs focusing mainly on glutes and hams. Got a bit creative and now I hurt!  DIG!

Baby dinosaur steps

So it has been a week since I started a new amalgam of supplements to help increase muscle mass and I am now weighing 202.7 which isn't significant enough to call muscle gains but I am getting stronger, more vascular and hard.

Adding a new supplement into my routine starting this coming monday and I am very excited to see what will result from it.  Also starting monday I am hoping to start training twice a day (light morning routines such as pushups for chest, pull ups for back etc. and hardcore heavy training at night) to increase mechanical overload to each muscle group more often within each week.

I am hoping to gain 20 pounds in the next 4 weeks.  That's extremely high but I'm gonna push for it.  Always push higher than not high enough.  Changing your body is an all day every day struggle.

Today I was able to dead-lift 405lbs.  One of my supplements gives me headaches quite often.  If it didn't work so well I wouldn't use it.   Pain isn't a reason to hold back.  There are no plateaus.  There are no walls.  I will not stop.

Now it gets serious

7.6.12

Weight- 198.6
Body fat percent- 11.3%

Measurements:
Arms: 16 1/4
Neck: 16
Chest 42 1/4
Waist- 35 1/2
Thighs 23 1/4
Calves 15 1/4
Forearms- 13

This is where it really begins.

A monster is created, not born.

For about 7 years now I have been trying to fight my genetics which wants me to be a scrawny little dweeb who looks to be small girl with cancer who gets to keep a little hair.  So I've been weight training and eating and eating and eating.  A couple years ago I decided to get a little more serious about it all and started focusing.  I have gained 60 pounds of solid muscle but, now I have decided to become a pro bodybuilder.  Let absolutely nothing hold me back.  Do what I have to do to become the best.  This is the beginning of a new breed of monster of which legend or myth could never dare come up with.  Let's begin shall we?
